Pure Barre

Bad customer service, bad vibes, small dark room. Here is my small adventure with this place. There is no signage in the street, so after parking I spent 5 minutes looking for it, asking local businesses, calling to get directions, (noone picks up), and when I eventually find the place I’m kicked out as I am 8 minutes late. In essence I lost my Saturday morning time to do my workout, parking fees, drive time and credits on ClassPass. The woman at the front desk was unapologetic about ignoring the call, the class was maybe 1/3 full and nobody cared I’m shopping for a new home for my workouts. I’ve tried other amazing barre studios in the city, and this one is a stark contrast with its lack of friendliness, atmosphere, decore etc. Crossing this one off the list pretty easily.

I love this studio! It's largely replaced my daily trip to the gym. Instructors are always pushing me to get the best workout I can, and they're always running some sort of challenge to keep my coming in and working. Their merch is really cute. Front desk staff is always welcoming. And they have free parking! Which is great for a downtown location. Highly recommend!

I am so glad I joined the studio! I have made so many friends and love coming to class. It is a great full body workout that I look forward to doing usually 6 times a week!

Still my favorite place!! Now about 4 1/2 years, and I still love it as much if not more than on the beginning! Great workout every time, love that no class is the same! Always keeps us on our toes… literally! Haha I love this studio and workout!! I’ve been going for almost 3.5 years, and I still look forward to class every time! - okay maybe not when I’m planking! Hahah! Especially since the pandemic Pure Barre Northloop has been a must for my mental health! They have done an awesome job at making sure we have access to classes, whether in studio or virtual, and have really rolled with the punches with all type changes, and updates ensuring that everyone stays safe and comfortable. Wonderful teachers and community!
